Yuck!

Isn't it strange that there are some people from your past who treated you badly that no matter how much time passes or how much you have changed when you see their face, maybe even just in a picture, they give you that 'pit in the stomach' feeling like they just hurt you all over again? It is amazing the damage one person can do to another.
